  • Park(ing) Day

    Description: PARK(ing) Day is a worldwide event that started in 2005 in San Francisco with a single park installed by San Francisco art and design studio Rebar.
    Join us for the second annual Sacramento United Park(ing) Day when parking spaces outside the MARRS Building (20th Street between J Street and K Street) will be temporarily transformed into public parks.
    Enjoy the whimsy of new designs, learn about how you can create your own parklet, and don't forget to vote for your favorite in the People's Choice Award.
