Want to support future landscape architects? UC Davis and ASLA Sierra Chapter are partnering to provide professional mentors for this year’s students through their capstone studio. We are looking for volunteer landscape architect/designers or a team/office of LAs to mentor 2-3 students working on a group capstone project. This will be a wonderful opportunity for both you and the students. Through your mentorship, students will learn about working in a professional setting and you will get to know the graduating seniors and identify potential future hires.

Mentors are responsible to attend two in-person critiques and the final project presentation at UC Davis and host their students for one critique in your office. In person critiques are Wednesday April 12th and Wednesday May 3rd from 9am to noon, final presentations are Friday June 16th from 9am to noon, and the office critique can be scheduled at your convenience the week of May 15th.  To sign up or if you have future questions, please email Patsy, UC Davis Professor and Associate Dean at peowens@ucdavis.edu.
